1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases on modernrush.us are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of items that arrive damaged or broken.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation:

  • Contact us at melonelson424@gmail.com with your order number.
  • You must provide a reason for the cancellation request.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation requests without a stated reason will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Broken Items — Refund or Replacement Eligibility

If your order arrives damaged or broken, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging.
  • Damage must have occurred during shipping, not due to misuse after delivery.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement of the same item.

4. No Refunds Before Delivery

Refunds are only processed after the order has been delivered. We cannot issue refunds for orders that are still in transit.

5. Shipping & Return Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees will not be covered unless the wrong item was sent by us.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your damaged item claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. How to Submit a Claim

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

8. EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us at melonelson424@gmail.com. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
