1. Our Commitment We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right. Contact us anytime at hello@modernrush.us.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day window by:
- Emailing hello@modernrush.us with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to withdraw, or
- Submitting a request through your account at modernrush.us/account
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, in the exact condition in which they were received — unused, unworn, unaltered, in their original packaging, and with no signs of tampering or damage caused after delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or tampered with after delivery
- Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will resolve it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
We will offer a full refund or replacement depending on availability.
5. Non-Delivery If your order has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate. Refunds for non-delivery are processed after the following timeframes from the shipping date:
- 60 days — all other countries
- 45 days — United States
- 110 days — Brazil
⚠️ If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your order, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required to process a claim.
6. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at hello@modernrush.us or through your account at modernrush.us/account. Please provide a reason for your cancellation.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to the return process above.
Some items (such as pre-order or print-on-demand products) cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed.
7. Refund Request Deadline All refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of payment. Requests made after this period will not be eligible, except where required by applicable law.
8. How Refunds Are Issued Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days after we initiate the refund).
