REFUND & RETURN POLICY

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@modernrush.us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Please note: you do not need to physically return the item — once your withdrawal request is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Order Cancellation Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or intercepted — please refer to the Right of Withdrawal above for other options.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@modernrush.us immediately upon delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund — no physical return of the item is required.

Item Not Received If your tracking shows your order was not delivered, or your tracking has been inactive for an unusually long period, please contact us at hello@modernrush.us with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will issue a replacement or full refund. Claims are verified against tracking data before a resolution is issued.

No Physical Returns We are not able to accept physical returns of items. This does not affect your legal right to a refund under the EU Right of Withdrawal, damaged item claims, or non-delivery claims outlined above — all of these are resolved without requiring you to send anything back.

Return Shipping Costs Not applicable — we do not require physical returns.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.
