REFUND & RETURN POLICY

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@modernrush.us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Once your return is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Please contact us within 28 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or intercepted — please refer to the Right of Withdrawal above for other options.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@modernrush.us immediately upon delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund. We respond to all emails within 24–48 hours.

Item Not Received If your tracking shows your order was not delivered, or your tracking has been inactive for an unusually long period, please contact us at hello@modernrush.us with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping carrier and if non-delivery is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund 

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.
