1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times We fulfill orders through Zendrop, our trusted dropshipping partner. Estimated delivery times are:
United States: 5–10 business days
Europe (including Italy): 7–15 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
5. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@modernrush.us with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping partner and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
