1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–12 business days

🌏 Asia: 5–12 business days

🌍 Rest of World: 7–17 business days

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
