1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Italy: 3–7 business days
- European Union: 5–14 business days
- International (US, CA, AU, etc.): 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Free shipping promotions may apply — check our current offers at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@modernrush.us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
