Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order on modernrush.us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy. Please review it carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been dispatched. We strongly encourage customers to review their order carefully prior to confirming payment, as cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@modernrush.us with your order number.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt at hello@modernrush.us. To process your claim, you must provide:
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photograph of the shipping label and outer packaging
- Your order number
Claims submitted without the required photographic evidence cannot be processed. Upon review and approval, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or tampered with in any way. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition — exactly as received — including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Delivery Address Responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete before confirming the order. modernrush.us is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please verify all shipping details carefully before placing your order.
6. Our Liability
modernrush.us assumes full responsibility only in cases where the fault lies entirely on our part — including items that are damaged during transit, defective upon arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled. We do not accept liability for issues arising from customer error, including but not limited to incorrect address submission, incorrect size selection, or misuse of the product after delivery.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union are entitled to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law.
