REFUND & RETURN POLICY

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please log into your account at modernrush.us/account/orders and submit your return request within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of placing it and before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please photograph it immediately upon receipt and contact us at hello@modernrush.us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions All returned items must be in the exact same condition as received — unused, untampered, unworn, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Refundable Items No refund will be issued for items that have been used, worn, washed, or tampered with in any way.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.
